Most items are shipped in poly mailers. If your fabric item arrives wrinkled, you can use a hot, dry iron to remove wrinkles. Keep the iron moving; do not hold it in one place which could cause permanent iron marks. If your item has leather, vinyl or cork trim, please keep the iron away from these areas. Leather, vinyl and cork can be spot cleaned if needed. All-fabric items can be machine washed and dried; however, they may lose some of the stiffness. Stuff handbags with small towels prior to machine drying so they will keep their shape.
